Dear Visitor and Friend,
I have been a Chef for over 20 years.
Trained in classic cooking, I enjoyed the bountiful and fusion
cuisine of BC, Canada. While I was catering small private
functions, I realized how many people where suffering from
allergies and skin conditions related to the food they
ate. I started creating healthy gourmet recipes to accomodate
my customers and organized Healthy Cooking Workshops.
Organic, fresh and natural ingredients are the base for all of
my recipes.
What is the
connection beetween skin care, cooking and healthy
diet?
It is not much of a stretch since the
skin absorbe the ingredients from cream, soap, shampoo,
cosmetics and it all goes in our system. Our biggest organ, the
skin contributes to a healthy body as much as the heart, liver
or kidneys. Skin care products are food for the skin and
should be chosen as carefully as the food you
eat.
It does not matter how good are your skin
care products, a sluggish liver, a poor blood circulation, a
digestive problem or nutrition will affect the look of your
skin.
In your kitchen, you have ingredients you can
use everyday to exfoliate, rejuvenate and maintain a
healthy youthful look. It does not have to cost you a fortune
to take good care of your skin. This is a good way
to balance your budget and buy good quality natural and
safe skin care products. A healthy diet, a few recipes with
ingredients from your kitchen cupboard and healthy natural
skin care products are a winning combination to regain and
maintain a youthful appearance.
My goal with Healthy Facial
Care is to help you
regain healthy skin from the inside out and outside in. A
combination of free natural skin care recipes you can create
with ingredients from your kitchen and a great skin care
line from the Ocean.
Your first step is to download your free
